One-on-One Online Coaching
With two membership options, we are able to deliver affective coaching. For a completely individualised approach, the sports performance membership gives you a personalised training experience, including all S&C, nutrition, and endurance plans. For a more basic approach with less customisation, the performance membership delivers you effective but simplified training blocks which we will deliver to you and still offer 24/7 support.
Face-to-Face Training (Gold Coast)
Gold Coast-based athletes can schedule face-to-face sessions with our team. Start with a 90-minute full gym-based performance assessment with Linc at Viking Athletic Performance Centre, designed to gather key data that informs your personalised programming.
IronMan/Triathlon Event Applications
Ready for the next challenge? We’re now accepting applications for the second half of 2025 and all of 2026 events. We usually recommend a minimum of 12 week prep for a Triathlon or IronMan race. For full IronMan, we recommend between 6-18 months of focussed training. If you have the goal of a full IronMan, please let us know and we can book our planning phone call in.

Race Weekend Media Package Add-On

We’ll capture your full race journey — from pre-race nerves to the finish line triumph — and deliver a cinematic, athlete-focused video that documents your performance, mindset, and emotions like never before.
