6 Week Speed Development Program
The weekly structure of the 6-Week Sprint Program is designed to progressively develop speed and power across four key sessions:
Session 1: Acceleration Focus
Session 2: Lactic Tolerance Focus
Session 3: Max Velocity Focus
Session 4: (Optional) SpeedĀ
Each week progressively increases the intensity and volume, ensuring that athletes experience continuous improvement while minimising the risk of overtraining.
14 Day App Trial
The program includes:
– 1 initial prep week filled with key information about the 2-week program
– 2 full weeks with training, exercises and cardio activities
